Boards ship on a two-man pallet service because couriers and surfboards have never got along. Orders placed before noon go out the same working day.

Lead times
Stock boards leave the workshop within three working days. Custom orders and the Longshore log are built to order on a four-week lead time, and we will send you a photograph of the blank before it is glassed.
The 30-day fit guarantee
Wetsuits can be returned within thirty days if the fit is wrong, even if you have surfed in the suit. Rinse it, dry it, and send it back. We would rather have the suit back than have you cold all winter.
Returns on hardware
Unused accessories can be returned within thirty days for a full refund. Fins that have been fitted and boards that have been surfed cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Repairs
We repair any board we built, at cost, for as long as it exists. Bring it to the workshop or post it to us. A standard ding repair is £35 and takes two days.
Faults
Every board carries a twelve-month warranty against delamination and seam failure. Wetsuit seams and stitching are covered for two years. Email the workshop with photographs and we will sort it out.
