The Two-Minute Bottle Care Routine

The Two-Minute Bottle Care Routine

Most bottles are not dirty — they are haunted. Coffee ghosts, tea shadows, gym-bag mystery. Two minutes a day keeps the exorcist away.

Daily: rinse hot, dry open

Hot water, a drop of dish soap, shake, rinse, and — the step everyone skips — leave it open to dry overnight. A sealed damp bottle is a science experiment by Thursday.

Weekly: brush the places you cannot see

The body brush reaches the bottom corners; the detail brush clears the lid channels where straw lids hide their secrets. Gaskets pop out — wash behind them, that is where the smell lives.

Monthly: one tablet, fifteen minutes

A deep-clean tablet in warm water lifts the stains a brush cannot argue with. No bleach smell, no scrubbing, and the coffee bottle stops seasoning your water.

Never: the three bottle sins

No freezer (expanding ice can break the vacuum), no stovetop, and no week-old smoothie time capsules. Everything else, the bottle forgives.
