Quick answers to what we get asked most. Anything else, ask us directly.
How long do drinks actually stay cold?
Alpine bottles hold ice for up to 24 hours in the 32 oz and 18–20 hours in the smaller sizes, measured with the lid on at room temperature. Hot drinks hold 10–12 hours. Real cars in real summers shave a little off — the ice still wins.
What does the lifetime insulation warranty cover?
If a double-wall product ever loses its vacuum and stops insulating, we replace it — for as long as you own it. Dents and coating scuffs are honour scars; lids and gaskets are covered as replaceable parts for two years.
Are the bottles dishwasher-safe?
Yes — every steel and glass body is dishwasher-safe, lids on the top rack. The only hand-wash items are the oak carafe lid and the glass bottle sleeve, which just prefer a rinse.
How fast is shipping?
Orders ship within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $45 ship free.
Can I return a bottle I have used?
Unused products return freely within 30 days. If a bottle has been filled once and something is wrong, that is a warranty conversation — write to us and we will sort it.
Do lids fit across the range?
All wide-mouth lids — straw, chug, flex-strap — interchange across Alpine and Sprint bottles. Tumbler and mug lids are size-specific; each product page lists what fits.
