FAQ

Quoting, compatibility, installation, support, lead times and warranty.

Quick answers to the questions we hear most. Anything else, ask an engineer.

What information do you need for a quote?

Three things start every design: a floor plan or site sketch, what you need to see or control (entrances, yard, tills, server room), and the number of doors if access control is in scope. From that we produce a camera schedule, a power budget and a priced proposal.

Will your cameras work with my existing recorder?

Our cameras stream over standard network video protocols, and our recorders accept third-party cameras the same way. Send the model of your existing equipment with the inquiry and we will confirm compatibility before anything is ordered.

Do you install?

We design the system and supply pre-configured, per-door labelled hardware; installation is carried out by our integration partners or your own contractor. Remote commissioning support is included with every project order.

How long do you support a product?

Firmware maintenance runs for the life of the product line, and spare parts are stocked for years after a model leaves the catalog. Advance-replacement service is available for critical devices like recorders and door controllers.

What are typical lead times?

Catalog items ship from stock or within 1–2 weeks. Project quantities and pre-configured systems typically run 3–5 weeks depending on size; the quote states the committed date.

How does the warranty work?

Warranty periods are stated per product line — up to five years on cameras, switches and mounts. A failed unit is repaired or replaced; for project clients we ship the replacement first so the site never waits on freight.
