Brochures are easy to print. This page summarises how a PackForm machine earns its numbers before the crate is sealed.
Your product, your materials
Acceptance tests run with the product and packaging materials you will actually use — your film, your cartons, your containers. Machines are tuned to the real application, not to an ideal sample, and the settings from the test become the delivered recipes.
A protocol, not a demonstration
Each FAT follows a written protocol agreed at order: rate runs at contract speed, changeover walkthroughs between the ordered formats, seal and closure quality sampling, safety circuit verification and an open-issues list that must close before dispatch.
What every machine passes
- Sustained rate run at the agreed speed with the agreed product.
- Format changeover executed by the written procedure, timed and recorded.
- Safety interlock and emergency-stop verification on every access point.
- Electrical inspection and insulation checks to the wiring standard.
Witnessed and documented
Attend in person, follow by video, or delegate to our test engineers — either way the signed protocol, settings sheets and video record travel with the machine. Request a sample FAT protocol with your inquiry.
