The PF-FD80 turns a hopper of loose caps, closures or small components into a single oriented file: the stainless spiral bowl steps parts upward past tooling that rejects wrong orientations back into the pool, and a linear track carries the survivors to the take-off point.
Bowl tooling is built to the part — send samples, and the bowl arrives running. Drive amplitude adjusts electronically and holds steady under varying fill levels, and the height-adjustable stand matches the receiving machine without shims.
