The PF-FW120 forms, fills and seals pillow packs from a single reel of film: a lugged infeed conveyor paces the product, the forming box folds the film around it, and rotary cross-seal jaws close each pack with a consistent hermetic seal. Film tracking is servo-controlled, so registration marks stay centred through speed changes.
The cantilevered frame leaves the film path open on the operator side — threading a new reel is a two-minute task, not a maintenance call. Seal temperature, jaw pressure and cut-off length store per recipe, and the guard doors interlock through the safety relay before anything moves.
Typical applications run from wrapped bakery goods to blister cards and small hardware, with throughput depending on product dimensions and film choice.
