The PF-PL500 closes the end of the line: a four-axis palletizing robot with a case gripper, an infeed conveyor with orientation control, and floor stations for two pallets so a full load can be exchanged while the robot keeps stacking on the other.
Pallet patterns are built graphically at the panel — layer by layer, with interlock and label-out options — and stored per product. The gripper exchanges between clamp and vacuum styles on a standard interface as the case mix changes.
Perimeter fencing with interlocked gates and a scanned pallet-exchange zone keep the cell inside one coherent safety concept, documented for straightforward site acceptance.
