How do I get an accurate quote quickly?
Send the duty point (flow and head), the medium with temperature, and the installation type. With those three, most quotes go out the same day with curves attached.
Can you match a competitor’s pump model?
Usually yes. Send the nameplate data or the old model number and we will return the equivalent selection with any dimensional differences highlighted.
What is the standard lead time?
Catalog models ship from stock or within 2–3 weeks. Engineered configurations typically run 4–8 weeks; the quote states the committed date.
Do you supply test certificates?
Every pump ships with its own performance test report. Material certificates and witnessed testing are available on request at order stage.
How are spare parts handled?
Wear parts are stocked for the life of every product line and matched by pump serial number, so a ten-year-old unit is still a three-day parts order.
Do you support export orders?
Yes — seaworthy packing, commercial documents and logistics coordination are routine; we currently ship to 60+ markets.
