Quality & Testing

How units are machined, assembled and individually tested before dispatch.

Every unit that leaves our dock has been tested — not sampled, tested. This page summarises how quality is built in from raw material to dispatch.

Materials in

Castings and bar stock arrive with mill certificates and are checked against them. Critical castings are pressure-tested before machining so defects are caught while they are still cheap.

Machining and assembly

Impellers, casings and trim parts are machined on our own CNC cells to documented tolerances. Assembly stations work to torque charts and travelers, so every unit has a build record.

Performance testing

Finished pumps run a full curve on the test rig — flow, head, power and vibration — and the witnessed report ships with the unit. Valves are shell- and seat-tested to their pressure class.

What you receive

  • Published curves you can size against with confidence.
  • A test report with every pump serial number.
  • Build records retained for the product’s service life.
  • Spares matched by serial number, years later.
