Genuine parts
We hold wear parts for every model currently in service: forks, chains, hydraulic seals, brake assemblies, controllers, contactors and display units. Parts are matched to the serial number, not to a generic model range, so a superseded component is identified before it is shipped.
Planned maintenance
Scheduled inspections based on hour meter readings rather than calendar dates. Each visit produces a written record of what was checked, what was replaced and what is approaching its replacement interval.
Field service
Field engineers carry the common failure items for the models in your fleet. Where a fault is electrical, remote diagnostics can often identify it before the van is dispatched.
Operator training
Handover training is included with every delivery and covers daily checks, safe load handling and the specific attachments fitted to your trucks.
Service coverage areas, response times and warranty terms are commercial commitments and must be confirmed by the client before publication.
