The LM-FI160 presents fabric over a wide back-lit inspection surface at an angle and speed the inspector controls from a foot bar, keeping both hands free for marking and measuring. Illumination is even across the full width, with top light and transmitted light selectable per fabric.
Length counting runs on a calibrated contact wheel, and defect positions log against metreage with one press of the marking key — the roll map prints or exports with the roll ticket.
Edge guiding and tension control are gentle by design: inspection should reveal the fabric’s condition, not add to it. Unwind and rewind stations accept rolls, plaited pile or A-frames.
