The LM-TW72 inserts two turns of twist for every spindle revolution, doubling productivity per position for sewing threads, carpet yarns and technical plies. Spindle pots accept a range of feed package sizes without adaptor gymnastics.
Twist level sets electronically across the frame and stores per lot; individual positions can be excluded for trials without touching the frame programme. Balloon control rings are adjustable to yarn character, keeping tension — and therefore twist — consistent along the full package build.
The frame layout leaves a clear working aisle at operator height, so piecing and doffing stay quick even on long frames.
