Datasheets are easy to print. This page summarises how Heliovant equipment earns its numbers before the crate is sealed.
Calibrated references, scheduled checks
Our test benches work against calibrated reference instruments — sun simulators, source meters, thermal chambers and safety analysers — each on a scheduled verification cycle with an unbroken chain back to national standards.
Type tests behind every design
New designs pass thermal cycling, damp heat, mechanical load and wet leakage sequences before release. Production then guards the design with in-line electroluminescence imaging and end-of-line electrical tests on every unit.
What every unit passes
- Flash test or full-power burn-in against calibrated references.
- Insulation and ground-continuity checks at rated voltage.
- Protection and interlock function checks.
- Visual and electroluminescence inspection for hidden cell damage.
Documentation
Each serial number ships with its factory test record. Commissioning checklists and re-inspection templates are available through the service team — request them with an inquiry.
