What information do you need to size a system?

Three things start every recommendation: the roof or ground space available, recent electricity consumption, and the goal — lower bills, backup power, EV charging or full off-grid. Component choices refine from there.

Do you sell to installers, businesses or homeowners?

We supply installers and EPC partners first, and support homeowners through them. If you do not have an installer yet, send the inquiry anyway — we will connect you with a partner working in your region.

How do modules and inverters get matched?

String voltage and current must sit inside the inverter’s tracking window across the site’s temperature range. Our engineers run that check on every quote, so the array starts on cold mornings and never clips artificially on hot afternoons.

Can battery storage be added later?

Yes, two ways: choose a hybrid inverter now and add DC-coupled batteries when ready, or AC-couple a battery system beside any existing inverter. We flag the cleaner path on the first quote so the later step stays simple.

What are typical lead times?

Modules, mounting and accessories usually ship from stock or within 2–3 weeks. Inverters and batteries typically run 3–6 weeks depending on configuration; the quote states the committed date.

What documentation ships with the equipment?

Every unit ships with its factory test record, installation manual and declaration of conformity. Historical records stay retrievable by serial number for the warranty period and beyond.
