Toner is a misleading word for what this does. There is no astringent in it and nothing to strip. It is a light humectant layer, glycerin and a low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid, applied to damp skin so the serum and cream that follow have water to hold on to.
How to use it
Press it into damp skin with your palms rather than sweeping it with a cotton pad. Follow within a minute, before it evaporates.
