We poured a glass of water over a finished board

The question comes up in every support email, so we filmed the answer. A production unit, a glass of water, one take. The water sheets off the sides because the plate sits on a continuous gasket and the board is tilted six degrees by design.

What the film does not show is the hour afterwards, which is the part that matters: tip it out, leave it upside down, and type on it again the next morning.
