Field Testing & Quality

Field testing on working farms, against a written protocol.

Brochures are easy to print. This page summarises how an AgriStride machine earns its specification before the first unit reaches a customer.

Tested on working farms

Prototype machines run full seasons on cooperating farms — different soils, different crops, different operators. Settings that survive real stubble, real stones and real schedules become the delivered defaults; ideas that only work on the test track do not ship.

A protocol, not a demonstration

Each machine model passes a written verification protocol: structural checks on the frame and hitch points, driveline protection verification, hydraulic pressure and leak testing, safety guarding review and an open-issues list that must close before series release.

What every unit passes

  • Weld and frame inspection at defined checkpoints during fabrication.
  • Function run of every moving assembly before crating.
  • Hydraulic circuits pressure-tested and verified leak-free.
  • Guarding and safety decal audit against the machine safety file.

Documented and traceable

Every machine leaves with its inspection record, settings sheet and serial-numbered parts book. Records stay retrievable by serial number for the machine’s working life. Ask for a sample inspection record with your inquiry.
