Farm implement works

When the drilling window opens, your seeder is already set for the field.

The harrow you order is matched to your soil survey and tractor fleet before fabrication starts — and every model has run a full season on working farms before we release it.

Manufacturing

Every frame passes weld inspection before paint

Frame fabrication, machining and assembly run in dedicated cells with in-process checks between them — so tolerances have nowhere to hide.

Our field testing

Set to Your Soil Survey

Specified against your soils, crops and tractor fleet — never a catalogue ideal.

A Full Season Before Release

Prototypes work real stubble and stones on cooperating farms before a model ships.

Harvest-Priority Service Desk

Downtime calls jump the queue during seeding and harvest weeks.

Fixable in Your Workshop

Standard fasteners, greaseable bearings and parts kits shipped from stock.

How an order runs

How a machine reaches your yard

A named engineer owns your order at every step.

  1. Field survey & tractor list

Crops, acreage, soils and the tractors that will pull the machine — one email starts it.

  2. Specification & quote

We match models, options and attachments, and commit to the numbers in writing.

  3. Fabrication & function test

Built in-house, run under power and inspected against the machine safety file.

  4. Handover & first season

Setup, operator training, spares from stock and priority response until the season closes.

Operators

Notes from the cab

The seeder arrived with the settings sheet filled in for our soil. First field, first pass, and the stand came up even.
Peter H. Arable farm manager
A bearing went mid-harvest and the part was on the evening bus with a diagram. That is what support means in September.
Rosa M. Mixed farm owner
Our workshop can service every machine of theirs we own with the tools we already had. Nothing needs a dealer laptop.

A season of stubble before a model ships

Proof, not promises

A season of stubble before a model ships

Prototypes run full seasons on cooperating farms — different soils, crops and operators — before a model is released. The settings that survive become the delivered defaults.
