The AS-D580 loads from a hopper, circulates grain through a heated column, and discharges when the batch reaches the target moisture. Drying on the farm removes the queue at the elevator during harvest peaks and keeps drying decisions in the grower’s hands.
The burner modulates against grain temperature rather than running flat out, which protects germination for seed lots and malting parcels. A recirculating auger turns the batch continuously for even exposure, and the control panel sequences loading, drying, cooling and discharge with plain indicator lights.
Towable between yards on its own axle, the dryer needs only fuel and a power connection to run.
