The AS-L900 mixes complete rations with a single vertical auger inside a conical tub, cutting long fibre and blending silage, concentrate and minerals into a uniform feed that cows cannot sort at the bunk. Weigh cells under the tub track each ingredient as it loads, so the ration that was planned is the ration that gets fed.
The discharge door meters feed onto a side conveyor for even distribution along the feed fence. Auger knives reverse once for a second service life, and the planetary gearbox runs in an oil bath sized for years of daily mixing.
