The AS-T450 carries two offset gangs of boron-steel concave discs on a welded box-section frame. The front gang cuts and lifts crop residue, the rear gang levels and mixes — one pass leaves a surface that a seeder can follow without further work in most conditions.
Gang angle adjusts mechanically in clear detents, so the machine can be set aggressive for heavy stubble or shallow for spring touch-up. Bearings are triple-lip sealed and greaseable from standing height, and every disc mounts individually so a stone strike costs one disc, not a gang rebuild.
The frame accepts a following crumbler roller or tine drawbar as options, and road transport width stays inside common regional limits with the wings folded.
