Product detail

The IV-80 is the machine that gets used when a spill has to be off the floor before the next shift, and the same machine that cleans down a line at the end of the day. Three 1,200 W motors can be switched individually, so an operator uses one for light work and all three for a flooded bay.

Wet and dry in one tank

A float cut-off closes the airway before liquid can reach the motors, and the tank tips on a trunnion so it empties without lifting. The filter stays in place for wet work, which means no cartridge swap between a dry pick-up and a spill.

Filtration

A star-pleated main cartridge with manual shaking is fitted as standard. Where the dust on site needs finer filtration, an additional stage is available. Match the filter to the material you are lifting: the correct filtration class for a given dust is a site decision, and [Client to confirm which dust classes this range is offered in].

Hose and tools

The 50 mm hose is 5 m long and the standard tool kit covers floors, crevices and machine surfaces. All connections are 50 mm throughout, so nothing steps down and chokes airflow halfway along the run.
