Floor survey, machine sizing and consumables for the life of the model

Commercial floor care equipment

Clean the floor once.

Scrubbers, sweepers, extractors and industrial vacuums for buildings that are cleaned every night. Specified against your floor type, your run time and the noise limit you have to work inside.

Cleaning width 450 – 1150 mm
Tank capacity 40 – 115 L
Run time up to 4 h working
Sound pressure from 62 dB(A)

How we work

From a floor survey to a machine that stays running

01 / 04
01

Survey

Floor area, surface type, obstacle density, soil load and the cleaning window. Those five numbers decide deck width, tank size and whether the machine can be a ride-on at all.

02

Configure

Brush or pad drive, disc or cylindrical deck, battery chemistry, squeegee compound. Each choice is made against the floor you actually have, then written into the build sheet.

03

Commission

Machines arrive crated with the operator manual, the wear-part list and the settings sheet for the exact build you received, not a generic model catalogue.

04

Sustain

Brushes, pads, squeegee blades, filters and seals stay in stock for as long as the model is in service. A machine that cannot get a blade is a machine out of service.

Where they work

Specified for the floor, not the brochure

The same machine family is built differently depending on the surface, the soil and how long you are allowed to be in the room.

Warehouses and distribution A-01

Warehouses and distribution

Long uninterrupted runs on sealed concrete, with pallet dust and tyre marks to lift. Ride-on scrubbers with wide decks and large tanks cover the most ground per fill.

Hospitals and aged care A-02

Hospitals and aged care

Occupied corridors, night shifts and a noise ceiling. Low-noise machines, small footprints and a squeegee track that leaves a floor safe to walk on straight away.

Manufacturing and food plants A-03

Manufacturing and food plants

Oil, flour, swarf and standing water. Combination sweeper-scrubbers and wet vacuums that pick up solids and liquid in a single pass without blinding the filter.

Transport hubs and retail A-04

Transport hubs and retail

Mixed surfaces, heavy foot traffic and no closing time. Compact walk-behinds for aisles and entrances, burnishers to hold the gloss on polished floors.

Selected machines

Sized to the floor area and the cleaning window

The machines specified most often. Send the floor area, the surface and the hours you are allowed on site and we will confirm the deck width and tank size.

All machines

What you get

Four things that matter after the machine arrives

Honest productivity

Every machine is quoted with a practical m²/h alongside the theoretical figure, so the plan matches the shift.

Run-time you can plan

Battery capacity is stated with the deck and vacuum running, not with the machine idling on a bench.

Documented build

Operator manual, wear-part list and settings sheet matched to the exact machine you received.

Consumables in stock

Brushes, pads, blades, filters and seals held for as long as the model is in service.
