Survey
Floor area, surface type, obstacle density, soil load and the cleaning window. Those five numbers decide deck width, tank size and whether the machine can be a ride-on at all.
Commercial floor care equipment
Scrubbers, sweepers, extractors and industrial vacuums for buildings that are cleaned every night. Specified against your floor type, your run time and the noise limit you have to work inside.
Product range
Every machine is quoted against a real floor: surface, soil load, obstacle density and the window you are allowed to work in.

Ride-on Scrubber Dryers
Seated scrubber dryers for large open floors, where the distance between the machine and the next fill point is the thing that limits output.
03
Walk-behind Scrubber Dryers
Pedestrian scrubber dryers for aisles, entrances and rooms too tight or too congested for a ride-on.
04
Sweepers
Mechanical sweepers for dry debris and dust, used ahead of a scrubber or on their own where water is not wanted.
05
Industrial Vacuums
Wet and dry vacuums for production areas, machine cleaning and spill recovery, with filtration sized to the dust you are actually lifting.
06
Pressure Washers
Cold and hot water washers for yards, plant, vehicles and any surface a scrubber cannot reach.
07
Carpet Care and Polishing
Extractors for soft flooring and high-speed burnishers for hard floors that have to hold a gloss between deep cleans.
How we work
Floor area, surface type, obstacle density, soil load and the cleaning window. Those five numbers decide deck width, tank size and whether the machine can be a ride-on at all.
Brush or pad drive, disc or cylindrical deck, battery chemistry, squeegee compound. Each choice is made against the floor you actually have, then written into the build sheet.
Machines arrive crated with the operator manual, the wear-part list and the settings sheet for the exact build you received, not a generic model catalogue.
Brushes, pads, squeegee blades, filters and seals stay in stock for as long as the model is in service. A machine that cannot get a blade is a machine out of service.
Where they work
The same machine family is built differently depending on the surface, the soil and how long you are allowed to be in the room.
A-01
Long uninterrupted runs on sealed concrete, with pallet dust and tyre marks to lift. Ride-on scrubbers with wide decks and large tanks cover the most ground per fill.
A-02
Occupied corridors, night shifts and a noise ceiling. Low-noise machines, small footprints and a squeegee track that leaves a floor safe to walk on straight away.
A-03
Oil, flour, swarf and standing water. Combination sweeper-scrubbers and wet vacuums that pick up solids and liquid in a single pass without blinding the filter.
A-04
Mixed surfaces, heavy foot traffic and no closing time. Compact walk-behinds for aisles and entrances, burnishers to hold the gloss on polished floors.
Selected machines
The machines specified most often. Send the floor area, the surface and the hours you are allowed on site and we will confirm the deck width and tank size.

What you get
Every machine is quoted with a practical m²/h alongside the theoretical figure, so the plan matches the shift.
Battery capacity is stated with the deck and vacuum running, not with the machine idling on a bench.
Operator manual, wear-part list and settings sheet matched to the exact machine you received.
Brushes, pads, blades, filters and seals held for as long as the model is in service.
Newsroom
A run time quoted at idle is meaningless. Here is what to ask about capacity, chemistry and charging before you plan a shift around a battery machine.
Disc decks put more pressure on the floor, cylindrical decks sweep and scrub in one pass. Which one is right depends on the surface and the soil, not the machine.
Deck width times travel speed is not a cleaning plan. Here is what the gap between the two productivity numbers is made of, and how to estimate it for your own floor.
