Most cleaning machines that stop working are not broken. They are waiting for a squeegee blade, running on a blinded filter, or being used at the wrong brush pressure by an operator nobody showed. This page covers what we do about that.
Commissioning
Machines arrive crated with the operator manual, the wear-part list and the settings sheet for the exact build you received. Commissioning covers battery connection and first charge, deck and squeegee setting on your actual floor, and detergent dosing set against your water hardness rather than a default.
Operator training
A short handover on site covering daily checks, filling and emptying, squeegee blade rotation, brush and pad changes, and the two or three faults an operator can clear without a technician. Consumables
Brushes, pads, squeegee blades, filters, hoses and seals for every model we have sold, held for as long as that model is in service. Pads and blades are the parts that decide cleaning quality week to week, so they are catalogued by machine rather than by size alone, which is what stops the wrong compound being ordered.
Spare parts and service
Motors, pumps, controllers, solenoids and wiring looms are stocked by model. Every machine leaves with a parts list keyed to its build, so a part is ordered by number and not by description over the phone.
Service intervals
We publish a service schedule with every machine covering daily operator checks, a monthly inspection and an annual service. Whether that work is done by your own maintenance team, a local partner or by us depends on where the machine is. Compliance
Mains-powered machines are built to the ordinary electrical safety and ingress protection requirements that apply to commercial floor care equipment in the market they are sold into. Declared sound pressure figures are stated at the operator position and should be verified against your own site measurement where a noise limit applies.
