Product detail

Every site has surfaces that a scrubber will never clean: loading bays, bin stores, vehicle chassis, plant guarding. The PW-200 is the machine for those, built around a slow-running three-piston pump rather than a high-speed one, because pump speed is what decides how long a washer lasts in daily use.

Pump

A brass head with ceramic pistons runs at 1,400 rpm. Working pressure is adjustable at the unloader from 40 to 200 bar, so the same machine strips a concrete apron and washes a painted vehicle panel without swapping nozzles for every job.

Water supply and detergent

Inlet water up to 60 °C is accepted, which matters where a site already has a hot supply. Detergent is drawn through a low-pressure injector after the pump, so nothing corrosive passes through the pump head.

On the yard

The frame is a folded steel skid on 250 mm wheels with the hose reel mounted above the pump, out of the water. Ten metres of high-pressure hose is standard and the reel takes twenty.
