Product detail

Scrubbing a floor that has not been swept wastes water and shortens brush life. The SW-800 takes the dry debris off first: pallet splinters, shrink wrap, grit tracked in from a yard, and the fine dust that a scrubber turns into slurry.

Sweeping path

The main broom is 800 mm. With both side brooms down the swept path is 1,150 mm, which is the figure to plan a route against. The side brooms lift independently so the operator can drop one to run a wall line and keep the other clear of racking legs.

Dust control

A panel filter with a manual shaker sits between the hopper and the vacuum fan. On dusty floors the shaker is used at each hopper tip rather than at the end of a shift, which keeps the airflow up and stops the filter blinding. Filter class should be matched to the dust on your site.

Hopper

The 70 litre hopper is on a hydraulic lift and empties into a standard 1,100 litre wheeled bin without the operator handling debris. Empty height is 1,450 mm. Check that against the bins you actually have before you order, because a machine that cannot reach the bin becomes a machine that is emptied by hand.
