Which front light do I need for city riding?
For lit streets, the Beacon 400 on mid mode is more than enough – the cut-off lens puts light on the tarmac instead of in drivers’ eyes. Save full power for unlit paths. Whatever you choose, add a rear light: being seen matters more than seeing.
Are your helmets certified?
Our helmets are designed to meet common safety standards for everyday riding. Check the sizing chart on each product page, measure your head circumference, and replace any helmet after an impact – foam does its job exactly once.
Is one lock enough?
For quick stops in daylight, a solid U-lock through the frame and front wheel does the job. Parking daily at a station or overnight outside, run the Bastion through the frame plus the Coilguard cable through both wheels and the saddle rails.
Will the clip-on fenders fit my bike?
The Splashguard set adjusts for tyres from 25 to 45 mm and needs no eyelets or tools – if your seatpost has 75 mm of clear space, it fits. Full-coverage bolt-on fenders need frame eyelets; check your fork and stays first.

Can I return something?
Unused items in original packaging return freely within 30 days. If anything fails in normal use, write to us with a photo – we replace or repair first and ask questions later.
