What information do you need for a crane quote?
Four numbers start every quote: capacity, span (or arm length), lift height and travel length. Add the duty cycle and what the crane will handle, and the first proposal is usually final.
Can my building carry an overhead crane?
Send column spacing and roof steel details and we will check. Where building steel is light, a freestanding runway or gantry solution avoids touching the structure at all.
Do you install?
We supply installation supervision and commissioning worldwide, working with your local erectors — or turn-key installation in selected regions.
What certificates come with the equipment?
Every crane and hoist ships with its load test certificate, wiring diagrams, and manuals. Material traceability documents are available on request at order stage.
What are typical lead times?
Standard hoists and components ship from stock or within 2–4 weeks. Complete cranes typically run 6–10 weeks depending on span and options; the quote states the committed date.
Do you support old cranes from other brands?
Usually yes — send nameplate data and photos. Retrofit remotes, overload limiters, hoist swaps and runway surveys are routine work for our service team.
