Every crane that leaves our plant has hung its rated load — plus margin — from its own hook. This page summarises how that promise is kept.
Materials and welding
Structural steel arrives with mill certificates and is traceable through the girder. Welders are certified, and critical welds are inspected before paint has a chance to hide anything.
Machining and assembly
Wheel seats, bores and connection faces are machined after welding, so the geometry a crane runs on is the geometry we cut — not the one welding distortion left behind.
Load testing
Complete cranes are test-run and load-tested at 125% of rated capacity before dispatch. Hoists are cycle-tested and proof-loaded. Certificates ship with every serial number.
