What information do you need to recommend equipment?
Three things start every recommendation: what the equipment must hold or process, the throughput or capacity you need, and the room it will live in — bench space, power, ventilation. Model options refine from there.
Do you install and commission on site?
Yes. Delivery, levelling, connection and a documented verification run are part of standard commissioning, and your team gets a hands-on walkthrough before we leave.
How often should equipment be re-verified?
It depends on duty and the consequence of drift — most labs run 6–12 month cycles for temperature-critical and speed-critical units. We recommend an interval with the quote and remind you when it is due.
Can you match equipment to a fit-out plan?
Send the floor plan or bench layout. We check footprints, door clearances, heat load and power against the plan and flag conflicts before anything is ordered.
What are typical lead times?
Benchtop equipment usually ships from stock or within 2–3 weeks. Floor-standing refrigeration and biosafety cabinets typically run 4–8 weeks; the quote states the committed date.
Do you supply verification documentation?
Every unit ships with its factory verification record, and re-verification visits produce reports formatted for your quality system. Historical records stay retrievable by serial number.
