Specification sheets are easy to print. This page summarises how Clariton equipment earns its numbers before the crate is sealed.
Calibrated references, scheduled checks
Our test benches work against calibrated reference instruments — thermometry, tachometry, mass and airflow — each on a scheduled verification cycle with an unbroken chain back to national standards.
Controlled test conditions
Temperature-critical equipment is verified in a stabilised test room, because a chamber mapped next to a loading dock door tells you about the dock, not the chamber.
What every unit passes
- Setpoint accuracy and stability over a sustained soak run.
- Uniformity mapping at working points, not just the centre.
- Speed or airflow verification against reference instruments.
- Safety interlock and alarm function checks.
Documentation
Each serial number ships with its verification record. Re-verification visits and preventive maintenance plans are available through the service team — book through an inquiry.
