We build centrifugal, multistage, vertical turbine, slurry and submersible pumps for water utilities, mines, power stations and process plants. The company started as a foundry doing subcontract casting for other pump brands, which is why the metallurgy still gets more attention here than the paint.
How we work
Every enquiry is answered by an application engineer, not a catalogue. We ask for the flow, the head, the fluid, the temperature and the NPSH available at the suction flange, then place the duty point on a published curve before quoting anything. If the honest answer is that a different pump type suits the duty better, that is the answer you get.
Testing
Units are performance tested on a closed hydraulic rig following ISO 9906 Grade 2. Flow, head, absorbed power and vibration are recorded across the operating range against the serial number, and the sheet that ships in the crate describes that pump rather than the model in general.
After the pump ships
Impellers, wear rings, shaft sleeves, bearings and mechanical seals stay available for the service life of every model we have released. Spares are matched to the serial number, so a superseded impeller profile is caught before it leaves the warehouse rather than after it is installed.
