Product detail

The VE Series covers the bulk of clean-water and lightly loaded duties in a water plant: intake transfer, filter backwash, booster sets, cooling circuits and general plant service. Hydraulics follow the ISO 2858 dimensional standard, so it drops onto an existing baseplate where an older ISO pump is being replaced.

Impellers are supplied in cast iron, bronze, 316 stainless or duplex according to the fluid, and are trimmed to the duty point rather than shipped at full diameter. Casing wear rings are replaceable in both the casing and the impeller, which keeps the clearance recoverable over the life of the pump instead of forcing a casing change at the first rebuild.

Sealing is a cartridge mechanical seal to EN 12756 as standard, with API 682 flush plans 11, 13, 21, 32 and 53B available. A gland-packed variant remains available for gritty water where a seal would not survive.
