Will the Carry-On fit my airline?
The Carry-On is sized to the common 55 × 35 × 22 cm cabin standard used by most major airlines. Always check your specific fare class — budget carriers love exceptions.
What does the lifetime shell warranty cover?
Cracks and functional shell failure from normal travel, for as long as you own the case. Cosmetic scuffs are honour scars; wheels and handles are covered as replaceable parts for five years.
How fast is shipping?
Orders ship within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $75 ship free.
Can I return a used case?
Unused gear returns freely within 30 days. If a case has flown once and something is wrong, that is a warranty conversation — write to us and we will sort it.
Do you sell replacement parts?
Yes — wheels, handles, tag cables and zip pulls are stocked for every current model and most retired ones. Most parts install at home in minutes.
Are the fabrics really recycled?
Our ripstop and nylon soft goods use certified recycled yarns; canvas is virgin cotton for durability, waxed for weather. Material notes live on each product page.
