Every Voyara product survives a gauntlet before it earns a listing. The short version of what happens between sketch and shelf:
Tumble and drop
Shells ride a tumbler that compresses years of conveyor abuse into days, then take corner drops fully loaded. Cracks send the design back, not into production.
Wheels and handles
Wheels roll loaded over cobble plates for kilometres; telescopic handles cycle thousands of extensions with side-load. Parts that wear are designed to be replaced, not mourned.
Fabric and weather
Soft goods face abrasion wheels, strap-jerk rigs and a rain box. Waxed canvas gets re-waxed and re-tested — aging is allowed, failing is not.
The staff-travel rule
Nothing launches until the team has travelled with it for a season. If a pocket annoys us in row 38, it gets fixed before it can annoy you.
