Returns
Unworn frames and unopened accessories return freely within 30 days of delivery, in their original case and packaging, for a full refund of the product price.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and product within 7 days and write to hello@example.com — replacements ship immediately while we handle the carrier claim.
Warranty claims
Frames carry the warranty stated on their product page, covering manufacturing faults in materials and workmanship. Start a claim with your order number and photos — most are resolved with a part or a fresh frame in the mail.
