Orders dispatch within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $75 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Every piece travels in its linen pouch inside a rigid kraft box – no plastic fill.

Returns
Unworn pieces in original packaging return freely within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Earrings that have been worn are excluded for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and piece within 7 days and write to hello@example.com – replacements ship immediately while we handle the carrier claim.
Resizing
Rings exchange freely for a different size within 30 days – one exchange per order rides on us, both directions tracked.
