Will your sleeves fit my cards?
Every sleeve listing states the exact card size it fits in millimetres, measured with callipers rather than optimism. Measure one of your cards, match the number, and the fit is guaranteed. If a listed size ever grips wrong, we exchange it freely – that is a listing error, not your mistake.
Are the materials safe for my cards and boards?
Yes. Sleeve films are acid-free polypropylene, felt linings are undyed-backed dense wool, and wood finishes are hand-rubbed oils that cure fully before packing. Nothing in the catalogue off-gasses, leaches or transfers onto components.
Do the wooden trays and towers need special care?
No. Dust them dry, lift lint off the felt with a roller, and keep them from sitting damp. The oil finish can be refreshed once a year with any food-safe wood oil if you like, but plenty of our own trays have never seen a second coat and look the better for the handling.
My game box is an unusual size – will the insert kit fit?
The Modular Box Insert Kit fits the standard 295 x 295 mm square box, which covers most modern shelves. For taller or odder boxes, the lift-out trays still work as open table trays even when the full frame does not fit – and we answer sizing questions with real measurements before you order.
How fast is shipping?
Orders leave the workshop within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $40 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.
Can I return something that does not suit?
Unused items in their packaging return or exchange freely within 45 days – wrong size, wrong colour, changed mind, all fine. Write to us if unsure before ordering; we would rather answer a question than process a return.
