Orders dispatch from the workshop within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $40 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Everything packs in recycled kraft with paper filler – no plastic pillows, no oversized boxes.

Returns & exchanges
Unused items in their original packaging return or exchange freely within 45 days of delivery. Wrong sleeve size is the most common reason and the easiest fix – the replacement ships as soon as the original is scanned by the carrier.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and the item within 7 days and write to hello@example.com – a replacement ships immediately while we handle the carrier claim.
Spare parts promise
Felt liners, latches, lids and timer glasses stay available as spare parts for years after a product ships. A worn felt liner inside two years comes back to the workshop for replacement at no charge – write for a label and keep a good tray rolling.
