The PF-CP150 picks collated products from above with a vacuum or mechanical gripper and places them into erected cases — the gentle route for bags, trays and display-ready packs that wrap-around compression would mark. The gantry runs on servo axes with pattern positions taught at the panel.
Gripper plates exchange on a bayonet mount, and the cell accepts cases from a companion erector or a manual station. The aluminium frame with clear panels keeps the whole pick cycle visible while interlocks and area scanning keep hands out of the motion envelope.
