The PF-CP300 groups products into the ordered collation, then forms the corrugated blank around them and seals with hot melt. Because the case is built around the load, the result is a tighter, more stable shipper that typically uses lighter board grades than erect-and-pack methods.
Collation patterns are selected at the panel, and the grouping section reconfigures with tool-free guides. The blank magazine loads from floor level at the rear, away from the operator side, and holds enough board for a sustained run.
Glue, compression and discharge sections are all reachable through interlocked doors, keeping cleaning and maintenance inside one safety circuit.
