The PF-LB300 applies self-adhesive labels to round containers with a servo-driven applicator and a wrap station that rolls each container against the label for a bubble-free finish. Registration runs from a product sensor and an optional orientation mark, so labels land where the artwork intends.
The unwind and rewind mandrels take standard reels, web tension is set once per label stock, and height adjusts on a counter-equipped column. Changeover between container sizes is a matter of recalling the recipe and moving two guides.
