The PF-SW220 collates products, wraps them in film from a top-and-bottom reel pair, seals with a bar sealer and shrinks in an insulated hot-air tunnel — one machine from loose products to tight bundles. Film overlap and tunnel profile store per recipe.
The tunnel chamber circulates air through adjustable nozzles for an even shrink without cold corners, and the insulated hood keeps the outside surface at touchable temperature. Print-registered film is supported with an eye-mark sensor at the unwind.
