The PF-SW90 opens flattened sleeve material over a mandrel, cuts to length and shoots each sleeve onto the passing container, then finishes it in a compact steam tunnel for a wrinkle-free, full-body fit. Sleeve length and shoot position are servo-set from the panel.
The steam section runs on a small integrated generator with condensate return, keeping installation to power, water and a drain. Tooling swaps between container diameters on quick-release mandrel segments.
