Placing an order
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when the automatic order confirmation is generated. If a piece sells out between your order and dispatch we will contact you and refund that line.
Variation between pieces
Every stoneware and glass item is described with the variation you should expect: glaze tone, where the glaze breaks over an edge, and small differences in height and wall thickness. Photographs show one representative piece. Ordering several at once gives the closest match, because they are picked from the same firing.
