Orders dispatch from the studio within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $60 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Ceramics pack in paper filler inside plain kraft boxes – no foam, no oversized cartons.

Returns & exchanges
Unused items in their packaging return or exchange freely within 30 days of delivery. Once a pot has brewed, we cannot restock it – but if a piece disappoints in use, write to us anyway and we make it right without ceremony.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and the item within 7 days and write to hello@example.com – a replacement ships immediately while we handle the carrier claim.
The bench promise
Every piece crosses our bench before it ships – lids seated, spouts tested, feet ground smooth. If something slipped past us, tell us what and we replace it from stock we re-check by hand.
