Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm Pacific are packed the same day, otherwise the next working day. Everything is broken down from cold storage at the moment of packing rather than sitting pre-portioned on a shelf, which is why we do not offer one-hour dispatch.
Rates
- United States — flat 6.00, free over 60.00. Two to four working days.
- Canada — flat 14.00. Five to nine working days.
- Europe and United Kingdom — flat 18.00. Six to twelve working days.
- Australia and New Zealand — flat 22.00. Eight to fourteen working days.
Duties and import taxes outside the United States are the buyer’s responsibility and are not collected at checkout.
Packaging
Loose leaf ships in resealable foil pouches inside a recycled board carton. Teaware is wrapped in unbleached paper and boxed with moulded pulp. Nothing we send contains plastic film or void fill.
Returns
Unopened tea and undamaged teaware can be returned within thirty days for a full refund. Write to orders@example.com with your order number first so we can send a return label. Return postage is on us if the fault is ours and on you if it is not.
Opened tea cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — but if a lot is not what the listing described, tell us. We would rather refund you and learn something than have you drink tea you dislike out of politeness.
Damaged parcels
Photograph the box before you open it fully and email us the same day. Broken teaware is replaced from the next kiln load or refunded immediately, whichever you prefer.
