Design, machining, assembly and calibration all happen in our own halls, and the engineer who sizes your scale is the one who signs its calibration report.
What we believe
A scale is a measuring instrument first and a steel product second. Every design decision starts from measurement uncertainty, every unit is exercised against reference weights before packing, and the calibration report is written for the auditor who will actually read it.
How we are organised
- Application engineering: capacity, resolution and environment reviewed on every quote — not after delivery.
- Manufacturing: platforms machined and welded in-house; sensors assembled and sealed in a controlled cell.
- Calibration: every instrument tested against traceable reference weights, with reports per serial number.
- Service: re-calibration, spares and repairs for the instrument’s working life.
