The contract
An order becomes a contract when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when the order is placed. If we cannot fulfil an order we will say so and refund it in full.
Prices

Product descriptions
Dimensions, weights and thicknesses are given as manufacturing specifications and carry normal production tolerances. Cast iron in particular varies slightly piece to piece. Photographs show the product as supplied; the patina on uncoated steel and cast iron changes with use.
Fitness for purpose
Every product page states the oven limit, the induction compatibility and whether seasoning is required. Damage caused by exceeding a stated limit (running an empty enamelled pot dry, putting a wooden-handled wok in an oven, dishwashing a knife) is not a fault in the product.
Warranty
